Frequently asked questions
Does it transcribe while the meeting is still going?
Yes. That is the difference between this and uploading a recording - the text appears live rather than after the call ends.
Can I ask questions during the call?
Yes. The Ask Furobox panel takes a spoken question and answers it in the sidebar without interrupting the transcript.
Do I need to install anything?
No. It runs in the browser, and the same feature is in the Furobox mobile app.
How many minutes do I get?
Live minutes come out of your plan's usage budget, shared with chat, voice and images. The free plan includes some; paid plans include more.
I already have a recording. Can I use that instead?
Yes - use Import and Transcribe, which takes an audio file and adds a summary, topic breakdown and translation.
